Julia Gallant is a psychiatric nurse practitioner and owner of Eastern Sky Wellness. She is ANCC board-certified as an Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned a bachelor’s in nursing from Northeastern University and a graduate degree from the Medical University of SC. Julia is a lifelong learner and enjoys keeping up with best practices in the field of psychiatry. She is a member of several professional organizations including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the Maine Nurse Practitioner Association, and the American Professional Society of ADHD and Related Disorders (APSARD).

Julia has studied psychedelic medicine at Polaris Insight Center in San Fransisco and with Pearl Institute near Asheville, NC, and in May 2026 will begin a dual certificate program to become a Nature as Medicine and Forest Therapy Guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy.

In her free time, Julia enjoys hiking, being in the wilderness (or anywhere in nature, including the backyard!), the creative arts, spending time in community, and hanging out with her two dogs, Martha and Jojo.
