All visits are via telehealth (virtual) using HIPAA-compliant video software. At this time in-person office visits are not available. Office hours are by appointment, but generally are between 10am and 6pm.

Currently accepting Aetna, Cigna, United, and Anthem/BCBS. All other carriers are out-of-network and we can provide you with a “super bill” to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. It is recommended that you fully understand your insurance benefits, whether in- or out-of-network, prior to scheduling an appointment.
